Statue of Obama returns to public view in Jakarta

The relocation of the bronze statue of a week after he disappeared from public view in a discrete event was officiated by the head teacher and three local education officials. An estimated 500 students were watching when the mayor of Jakarta unveiled the statue in the park in December. The figure of a smiling Obama 10 years with a butte1000rfly resting on his thumb was returned to its pedestal on Sunday around midnight. the program was intended to end the night before nearly 500 students came to school on Monday, not exactly an attempt to maintain a low profile, said lead investor of the statue, U.S. Ron Mullers. When removed the statue of the park is also carried out a Sunday night. Critics have argued that a hero should be honored instead of Obama Indonesian. A campaign through Facebook attracted more than 50,000 people who support the withdrawal of the statue and began legal action to force it. Mullers accused of politicizing a statue designed to inspire children Indonesians to follow their dreams. “This is a statue of a small boy named Barry who attended this school, not President Obama,” said Mullers. The U.S. assessment could be reviewed and analyzed the new account by its intelligence agencies. While officials continue to say that the conclusion of 2007 was valid at the time, have not ruled out the possibility that Tehran resumed work sometime later. Iran denies any interest in developing nuclear weapons .
